When you contact us

We collect the name, email, phone number if supplied, suburb, state, project information and any plans or photographs you submit. We use these details to assess your requirements, prepare a response or quote, and manage project follow-up. Please only upload documents you are entitled to share, and avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your lift enquiry.

Storage and access

Enquiries and attachments are stored through our website hosting providers and are accessible to authorised City VT team members. We use service providers to operate the website and, where configured, send enquiry notifications. We keep information for enquiry handling and relevant business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to any records we need to retain.

Website measurement

We count page views and interactions such as quote, email and download clicks. These totals do not contain your name or email. We temporarily remember campaign source information in your browser session and save it with your enquiry, including a Google advertising click identifier when present, to understand which enquiries and sales come from our marketing. We also use a hashed network address to limit spam submissions. This site does not currently load Google Analytics or advertising remarketing tags.
