What affects the total home lift cost?
The number of stops, travel, cabin requirements and selected finishes influence the equipment price. Site access, freight and the work required to prepare the building can also change the total substantially.
Send us your project information for a quote that makes the included work, excluded work and any allowances clear.

Compare like-for-like proposals
Ask each supplier whether the figure includes GST, transport, crane work, site preparation, installation and commissioning. A lower equipment-only figure cannot be fairly compared with a proposal that includes more of the building work.
Where a builder or another contractor is responsible for an item, obtain their price as well. Clarify provisional allowances, exclusions and what would trigger a variation before accepting a proposal.
Allow for ownership after installation
Discuss the recommended service frequency, maintenance costs, emergency communication arrangements and warranty conditions before purchase.
Do not assume every callout, part or building-related issue is included in the warranty or maintenance agreement. Ask for the written terms for the selected product and support arrangement.

Send your suburb, whether the home is new or existing, the number of levels and your approximate timing. Include plans and photographs of the proposed location and street access if available.
