From plans to lift-off.
A successful crane-in installation starts well before delivery day. The lift design, access, building preparation and site team need to be coordinated around the same project plan.

*The 1–2 day estimate covers onsite installation and tuning after crane-in at a suitable, prepared site. It excludes the other project stages described below.
01 / Review the home and intended use
Share your floor plans, suburb, proposed lift position and the levels to connect. Explain who will use the lift and any cabin, mobility or access requirements.
We discuss whether the modular product is suitable and what further site information is needed.
02 / Agree the design and project scope
Confirm the selected lift configuration, drawings, finishes and supporting works. The scope should identify who handles transport, crane and rigging, building preparation, electrical work and final finishing.
Your builder and relevant advisers need to confirm project-specific approvals and requirements before work starts.
03 / Manufacture and prepare the site
The lift and modular structure are manufactured in Australia while the agreed site works are coordinated. The building must be ready for delivery in line with the approved project drawings.
Manufacturing and freight lead times are separate from onsite installation and are confirmed for each order.
04 / Deliver and crane into position
The module is delivered and lifted into position under the agreed crane and site arrangements. Confirm delivery access, overhead obstructions, setup space and the readiness of the receiving structure before the date is fixed.
05 / Complete installation and commissioning
For a suitable, prepared site, allow around 1–2 days of onsite installation and tuning after the module has been craned in. This is an estimate for that stage, not a whole-project promise.
Design, approvals, manufacture, freight, crane work, building preparation and any remaining finishes are additional. The lift must be tested and commissioned before being handed over for use.
06 / Handover and ongoing care
At handover, confirm operating instructions, emergency arrangements, warranty documentation and the servicing plan. Ask who to contact for support and what is included in your agreement.
Retain the supplied records with your home documentation, especially if ownership changes later.
