Resolve the lift before the layout is fixed
Share preliminary drawings, the intended number of stops and any requirements for cabin use, finishes and landing access. Early coordination helps identify the information required to develop the lift position and supporting works.
Project-specific dimensions and technical requirements must be confirmed against the selected configuration before structural openings, foundations or orders are finalised.
Plan the delivery and construction sequence
A crane-in modular lift needs a planned route into position. Consider delivery access, crane setup, overhead obstructions and the stage at which the building can receive the module.
Confirm the interfaces between lift supply, structural works, electrical works, weatherproofing, finishing and commissioning. Record responsibilities and exclusions in the agreed scope.
