What a modular home lift changes

Preparing the lift and structure off-site can reduce the work required at the property. It also means the site must be ready to receive the module, with access and supporting works agreed in advance.

The building still needs the appropriate preparation, connections and finishing. Modular construction changes how the work is organised; it does not remove the need for a builder, site-specific design or assessment.

Confirm the specification for your home

The right specification depends on your household and the building. We confirm the available configuration and project drawings before you commit, rather than asking you to design around an unverified generic size.

New build or renovation?

A new build gives you the chance to coordinate the lift with the floor plan and construction sequence. An existing home needs closer consideration of the structure, circulation space and path for the crane-in module.

If you need room for a wheelchair, walking frame or a person assisting another passenger, tell us at the start. Cabin dimensions, door clearance and approach space need to be checked for that use; accessibility is not assumed from a photograph.
